Long Term Rental Group is our property management company. Not only will you qualify for referral fees, but you will also be able to offer your clients the services of a professional property management company.

Get Rent Ready / Apex Construction is capable of handling your smallest maintenance issue to your larger project needs. Never let a maintenance issue or a roof repair slow down the process of your next deal. Our full time team is capable of handling full house repaints, remodels, additions as well as other tasks that your clients may require.

COMMISSION MODEL

When it comes to making money we believe it should be simplified. That is why as a Steward Real Estate agent you will not have any sign up fees nor will you have any recurring monthly fees. On each of your first three sales, you will receive 70% commission. After the first three sales you will receive 80% commission.

Each transaction will be charged a $70.00 E&O / Administrative fee.

No sign up fees, No annual fees, and No reoccurring monthly fees. This means less time calculating fees and more time selling real estate.
